Commented Unassigned: Problems with Classic Controller Pro [5]

I'm trying to use the Classic Controller Pro as an extra controller in games that require Xinput control. The issue is that when I assign anything to the Left or Right stick in the GUI, it is never registered. I tried doing this with a Nunchuk, and it works without issue, and I tried the CCP in Dolphin to make sure the controller itself wasn't the issue, but it had no issues that way as well. All the other buttons are able to be assigned, and besides this issue this program is beyond helpful, thank you so much for this program! If this issue could be fixed, it would make this even better for me, I'd use this program practically exclusively for my Windows 8 64bit pc
